دنده عرضی ساختمان اسکلت بال كه به بال فرم آیرودینامیكی می دهد. ابتدا و انتهای ریب به تيرهای اصلی بال متصل است و توسط پوسته بال پوشانده شده است.
Description
The structural member in an aircraft wing that gives the wing its aerodynamically correct cross-sectional shape. Wing ribs are mounted across the wing spars and are covered with thin sheets of metal, plywood, or cloth fabric.
