Description

A type of aviation maintenance personnel included in the proposed Part 66 Aviation Maintenance Personnel. An Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) certificate with an Aircraft rating was proposed to replace the Mechanic certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
