نمودار درختی خطا ، نموداری که برای تعیین علل احتمالی برخی رویدادهای ناخواسته استفاده می شود . این نمودار شامل اتفاقات ناخواسته با دلایل احتمالی ذکر شده در زیر آن است و از آن به عنوان نمودار منطقی نیز یاد می شود زیرا شاخه های "درخت" از طریق استفاده از دروازه های منطقی به هم متصل می شوند.
Description
A chart used to determine the possible causes of some undesired event. The chart includes the undesired occurrence with the possible causes listed below it. A fault tree is also referred to as a logic chart since the branches of the "tree" are connected through the use of logic gates.
