اصطلاح "squitter" به تولید و ارسال خودکار اطلاعات و داده ها توسط سیگنال های رادیویی اطلاق می شود .

فرستنده های Mode-S از جمله تجهیزاتی هستند که به طور خودکار سیگنال های "squitter" را تولید و ارسال می کنند، این فرستنده ها روی سیستمهایی مثل TCAS و ACAS نصب هستند و در هر لحظه سیگنالهایی حاوی اطلاعاتی مثل ارتفاع و موقعیت و سرعت عمودی هواپیما را بصورت خودکار ارسال میکنند و این سیگنالها توسط هواپیماهای دیگر دریافت میشود.

ATC Transponder Signal

The term "squitter" refers to the automatic generation and transmission of information and data by radio signals.
Mode-S transponders are among the devices that automatically generate and send "squitter" signals.These transponders are installed on systems such as TCAS and ACAS and automatically send signals containing information such as altitude, position and vertical speed of the aircraft at any time, and these signals are received by other aircraft.
