برنامه جامع و مستند که توسط سازنده هواپیما تهیه شده و شامل تمام چک های تعمیر و نگهداری مورد نیاز و بازرسی هایی است که لازم است برای حفظ تداوم صلاحیت پرواز بر روی هواپیما انجام شود. سه مرجع اصلی مربوط به توسعه MPD عبارتند از؛ سازنده هواپیما (OEM)، کمیته راهبردی صنعت هوانوردی (ISC) و هیئت نظارت بر تعمیرات و نگهداری (MRB).
Description
A document developed by the aircraft manufacturer containing all required maintenance checks and inspections necessary to maintain continued airworthiness of the aircraft. There are three main actors relating to the development of the MPD; the manufacturer (OEM), the Industrial Steering Committee (ISC) and the Maintenance Review Board (MRB).
