شرکت های هوا و فضا، که مایل به طراحی تولید و گواهینامه هواپیماها، موتورها یا پروانه(ملخ) در اروپا ، نیازمند تاییدیه سازمان طراحی (DOA) و تاییدیه سازمان تولید (POA)هستند . همچنین این تاییدیه در مورد تغییرات و تعمیرات محصولات آن ها اعمال می شود . این قسمت از الزامات EASA به عنوان قسمت 21 نامیده شده است . دارای دو بخش مهم می باشد یکی سازمان طراحی (subpart J) و دیگری سازمان تولید ( subpart G)
Description
Aerospace companies wishing to design manufacture and certificate aircraft, engines or propellers in Europe, require Design Organisation Approval (DOA) and Production
Organisation Approval (POA). This also applies to modifications and repairs to those
products. This part of EASA requirements has been called Part 21.There are two important subpart known as subpart J (Design Organisation) and G (Production Organization).
