پسای مزاحم ، مجموع تمام نیروهای پسایی که در نتیجه تولید لیفت بوجود نیامده باشند.
این نوع پسا در نتیجه حركت جسم در سیّال بوجود می آيد كه برای اجسام پرنده جوّ زمین همان سیّال است.
پسای مزاحم (Parasite Drag) از مجموع Form Drag و Friction Drag وInterference Drag بوجود می آید و هرچه سرعت جسم پرنده بیشتر شود مقدار آن نیز افزایش میابد.
Description
In aviation , Parasite (Parasitic) Drag (DP) is defined as all drag that is not associated with the production of lift.
Parasite Drag is caused by moving a solid object through a fluid medium. In aerodynamics, the fluid medium concerned is the atmosphere. The principal components of Parasite Drag are Form Drag, Friction Drag and Interference Drag.
