نیروی محرکه الکتریکی، نيروى محرک الکترونها ، قوه الکترونی ، نیرویی که باعث می شود الکترون ها از یک اتم به اتم دیگر در یک مدار الکتریکی حرکت کنند. این نیرو دراثر اختلاف پتانسیل الکتریکی بین دو نقطه بوجود می آید و می تواند از تبدیل انرژی مکانیکی ، شیمیایی ، نور یا گرما به انرژی الکتریکی تولید شود.
واحد اصلی نیروی محرکه الکتریکی ولت است و با نماد E یا ε نشان داده میشود.
Description
The force that causes electrons to move from one atom to another within an electrical circuit. An EMF is the difference in the electrical pressure, or potential, that exists between two points, and can be produced by converting mechanical, chemical, light, or heat energy into electrical energy.
The basic unit of electromotive force is the volt and is defined by the symbol E or ε .
