در هوانوردی، Oversight به فرآیند نظارت و کنترل گستردهای گفته میشود که توسط سازمانهای مسئول مانند سازمانهای هواپیمایی کشوری یا بینالمللی انجام میگیرد تا اطمینان حاصل شود که همه بخشهای صنعت هوایی از جمله خطوط هوایی، فرودگاهها و مراکز تعمیر و نگهداری، قوانین و استانداردهای ایمنی و امنیت را به درستی رعایت میکنند. این نظارت شامل بررسی مستندات، بازرسیهای دورهای و ارزیابی عملکرد است و هدف اصلی آن کاهش خطرات، حفظ ایمنی پرواز و تضمین کیفیت خدمات هوایی است تا خطر حوادث و مشکلات فنی به حداقل برسد.
Description
In aviation, oversight refers to the comprehensive process of supervision and control carried out by responsible organizations such as national or international aviation authorities to ensure that all parts of the aviation industry—including airlines, airports, and maintenance centers—properly comply with safety and security regulations and standards. This oversight involves document reviews, periodic inspections, and performance evaluations, aiming primarily to reduce risks, maintain flight safety, and ensure the quality of aviation services, minimizing the chances of accidents or technical issues.
